The 711 Series Conductor Valve is identified in the Rail Industry as a high capacity manually operated lever valve that can be used as a quick exhaust valve. It is most frequently used to quickly exhaust brake pipe air to atmosphere when required by the operator. Customarily furnished with 1 1/4" NPT inlet and outlet connections, it is made of corrosion resistant iron and has leak proof sealing. The unique twin spring balanced disc design makes it both easy to manually actuate to the secured open position and assures complete shut off when manually actuated to the closed position.
